preorders have custom timelines and will ship according to the estimated delivery window listed on the product page.

domestic shipping (u.s.)

standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout. once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days.

you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

international shipping

we offer worldwide shipping. international rates and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

preorders

preorders ship during the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.

if you order in-stock and preorder items together, your order will ship when all items are available. we recommend placing separate orders if you want in-stock items shipped sooner.

shipping delays

once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. we are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

lost or stolen packages

once your order is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package. if your package is lost in transit, contact the carrier first. we’re happy to help you file a claim if needed—just email info@bunnita.com.

address errors

please double-check your shipping address. we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
