at bunnita, every piece is made with intention and care. due to the nature of our brand and the limited quantity of each item, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

damaged or defective items

if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery. email info@bunnita.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and issue a replacement, store credit, or refund based on availability.

preorders

preorders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. by placing a preorder, you are reserving a limited piece made just for you. please review your order carefully before checking out.

exchanges

we do not offer exchanges at this time. please read product details and sizing info before placing your order.

returns

we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. all other sales are final.
